To secure your booking, we charge a non-refundable £25 consultation fee. We will call you within 48 hours of booking to take this fee.
There is an additional £50 charge to be paid on the day of your appointment.
Paediatric appointments should not be booked online, please call or email us for this service.

Prior to your appointment, ideally for 3-5 days beforehand, please oil your ears. This helps to soften the wax in preparation and makes the treatment much more effective.
